Knowledge Transfer

MIS ensures its clients are able to administer and derive maximum benefits from their system both during and after the project, by  continually transferring knowledge from MIS’ consultants to their team throughout each implementation phase

Our Knowledge Transfer Methodology is an on-going process whereby all knowledge gained is continually reinforced throughout  the project lifecycle.

Approach

Seasoned professionals with experience implementing and managing PeopleSoft applications, MIS works to exploit and customize existing PeopleSoft technology to meet the needs of our clients.

Our approach begins by listening to our clients. By focusing on their needs, MIS is able to develop a solution that meets their needs, and then implement that solution.

There are several stages to our approach. Each stage includes complete customer input and feedback loops, and concludes with applicable milestone deliverables and client signoff.
